Mwanzo Project is led by a team with strong roots in social work, youth work, and community work, combined with lived experience of the challenges facing Black and racially minoritised young people. With professional qualifications in trauma-informed practice, conflict resolution, mentoring, and accredited life coaching, we bring both expertise and authenticity to supporting those most at risk.
